Parking

There is free, covered parking available underneath the Papakura Museum which can be accessed via 28 East Street, Papakura. Level 1 has free all-day parking. Level 2 has free parking for up to 3 hours. Lift access to the Museum is available on each level. Take the elevator to Level 3, where the Papakura Museum is located.

There are many other parking options available in and around Papakura.

Public Transport

There are several bus stops on Great South Road within walking distance of the Papakura Museum.

The Papakura Museum is also a 5 minute walk (approx.) from the Papakura Train Station.

Prices

Entry to the Papakura Museum is free.
Donations/Koha are welcome.

Children under 14 must be accompanied by an adult.
Please do not bring food or drink into the Museum.

Photography and Filming

You are welcome to take photos of yourself, friends and family at the Museum. However, to protect the integrity of artefacts and images, please do not use flash.

Filming for media or commercial purposes requires permission. Please contact the Museum Manager to discuss your project.
